This Saturday October 20 at Lehigh Valley College in Saucon Valley the annual ALS Walk To D'Feet takes place. Festivities start at 10AM with the 3 mile walk through the Promenade Shops and ending back at Lehigh Valley College. Lisa Bodnar Band will give a free concert as part of the festivities. Come out and give your support. Music starts at 10:30AM
The ALS Association has increased public awareness about Lou Gehrig’s disease and the people it has affected through the Walk program. The ultimate goal of the Walk to D’Feet ALS is to raise funds for nationally-driven research and local patient services programs; however, the event also unites communities in the fight against this disease.
Directions:
From Allentown:
> Take I-78 Towards Bethlehem/Quakertown
> Take PA-309 South exit - exit number 60 towards
> Quakertown
> Stay straight and go onto first ramp
> Turn Left onto West Saucon Valley Road
> From this point watch for balloons and signs.

> Take PA Turnpike Northeast Extension north
> Take exit 32 (Quakertown/Pottstown)
> Take PA 663 to SR-309 North (N West End Blvd)
> Turn Right (north-east) onto Saucon Valley Road
> From this point watch for balloons and signs.
