This week I received a call from Terry Vodery, the Director of the United Way of Southern Chester County. She informed me that all of the proceeds from the October 26 PA67 Tour fundraising event will be going to the Oxford Fire Fund created for the 90 community members who were displaced by the recent tragic fire in Oxford, Southern Chester County. The United Way has been extremely busy serving their needs. If you haven't purchased your tickets yet for the October 26 Fundraising Concert Event at the Kennett Creamery, we hope you will consider joining us. It will mean a lot to the Chester community if we unite and show our support.
